anybody ever had this problem?

Have a 2005 E350 with a 6.0 Started the truck today and it ran at 500rpm and very rough. You put the fuel pedal to the floor and nothing would happen. Was able to get it to run after many cranking attempts.Drove to the next job.Shut it down and went to restart same problem.Truck drives fine,no loss of power, some noticed hesation(more than normal)accelerating from a stop.New fuel filters and no codes in the computer. If anyone has expiernced this any help would be great. Thanks.

Are you getting a ton of smoke when trying to crank?
Once started does she run rough and then smooth out?
how many miles on the truck?
