Prices of New Trucks

Man I talked to a guy today at a local Hardware store and in passing I said "nice truck". He immediately asked me if I knew how much he paid for it. I said no and he told me that he got it for $28k. It was a brnad new 08 king ranch.....got me thinking?

yea i know he said he got a 23k rebate

I looked at a couple or dealerships websites and the ad. 15k so maby he was able to talk them into bigger rebate

Best price I got last month on a 4x4 lariat F350 SRW longbed with navigation and a moon roof Fx4 was 34K before taxes and it took me a month of back and forth to get to that. I passed. they will drop further

yea i thought mabye that was what he financed but then he told me he kept his old truck and didnt use a trade b/c they wouldnt give him enuf 4 it
