Idle problems

Hey guys I'm new here and I think I might be having a problem with my truck. The engine has the tendency to idle a little higher than normal when sitting at a light with the tranny in drive. If I put it in neutral and back to drive it idles down like normal. The funny thing is it does not do it all the time. I have been doing a little reading and I am wondering if there is a problem with the IVS switch on the pedal. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Maby the CPS has something to do with it..mine would die at stop signs in gear and it was just a CPS..
