this is going to be a can of worms sorry man...

His vidoes are great for brandnew diesel owners i really think that. Never had his shop work done on anyone i know but there have been great jobs and then heard of bad jobs...

hes a 6.0 guy thats for sure but you'll find he's not liked really well on this site at all for that matter... the only thing i don't like is he reccomends using ford gold oem coolant instead of a cat rated ELC coolant.

-2004 F350 CCLB 4x4: Sinister Race solutions kit, CAT ELC Edge CS, SCT SF3, PHP Ficm programmer, Procomp, Rough country, and Nitto goodies.

-2006 f350 king ranch, aem intake, 10 in fabtech, 40in tires, sct tunes,

currently-1999 F250 SBRB 4X4 First 7.3 and BAREBONE stock

Thanks for hitting my threads tonight man. Was looking for possibly someone that has had a job done by him. Also wanted to see if his lifetime warranty was legit or not.

With anything, when someone floods the markets with videos and advertisements on the internet, they tend to catch a bad rap.

agreed. personally i found his videos when i had my first 6.0 nightmare and they were a huge help before i found the org. I will always reccomend his vidoes to people new to diesles esp the 6.0L but also i think its dieseltechron on youtube hes very through and i've checked what he said against many experienced ford guys on org and the guys who worked on mine and hes spot on for most diagnosing 6.0 issues etc...

There are a few things Bill doesn't do quite right and a few incorrect things. In his 7.3 vid he states the older IDM is 110v and newer is 220v. Not true at all. On the flip side, he does know A LOT of correct things about these engines.

Yeah the whole gold coolant thing was a turnoff for me as well but i will say the guy has tons of informational videos and will scare the crap out of anyone looking to get into a 6.0 LOL
