How do I get an OASIS Report????

Hey guys, I hear everybody talking about OASIS reports and how great they are. How do I get one for my truck? I have had the truck for over a year and I have no complaints but I would just like to see what work has or has not been done to my truck.

Because of the amount of requests for the Oasis report, we only run them for premium members.
