What fuel economy do you get with intake, exhaust and tuner upgrades

I have an 01 7.3 Powerstroke that i love to death and i drive it pretty much everyday since it's my work truck. I only average 11-13 mpg aroind the city. It's completely stock and maintenance is performed regularly. So basically i'm wondering what kind of fuel mileage some of you guys get with upgrades. I figure for a 1500-2000 dollar investment i could get an intake, exhaust and a Dp tuner, so if it's worth it i'll do it.

I have a Honda Civic i usually drive when i'm not working, the problem is it doubles as my weekend race car so it SUCKS to drive on the street, the suspensions is set up for track days. Makes for mad fun on the track though .

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Jay
