i am just a diesel guy... but i cant get a crew cab long bed from dodge, and that just really pisses me off and leads me to hate them... what are they trying to market to the soccer mom and not the construction guys? wt crap. but i think a lifted dodge looks sweet. chevys, and gmcs i use to like intill the body style change. looks like crap to me.. and i think we know how i feel about ford, sence i drive one and dont complain.

Is all about personal prefferance. I hate when people are bashing on others trucks. Oh your got a 6.0 what a piece of sh*t. Or Duramax's are crap you should have gotton a Cummins. Cummins are slow. I worked hard to get my truck and I don't want to hear it's a piece because it's the truck I wanted. When I see the other 2 out there I am always complementing them on there trucks because I know they worked hard to get the truck they wanted and they take pride in it. It like the saying treat others the way you want to be treated.

I agree with you 100%!! Most people worked hard to get what they drive, so i hate all the bashing too. I drive a powerstroke and a cummins there both extremely reliable, tons of power and i love them both.

Same here. If it looks good and sounds good, it's alright with me. If it looks bad and still sounds good, that's alright with me too. The hardcore bashing bull***t is for the birds. I drive what I want to drive because it suits me the best. We've all got a favorite, and if you get right down to it, they're all probly pretty good trucks, unless it's a ricer!

Everyone does some hatin' on the other brand from time to time. It's no different with diesels, gassers........heck I bet the hybrid owners bash other hybrids.

As if.

That would be the 53 block. Some cracked by many have not. It's something that isn't too costly to prevent. I find it odd how you arrived at the conclusion that the entire production run of the 5.9 is no more reliable than a 6.0. It lasted from 89-07 with updates throughout the run, compared to the 4.5 years of 6.0. There are a lot of happy 6.0 owners out there, but there are a whole lot (more than normal) who are unhappy.

I love Ford Vans and the 78 Dodge Power Wagon. My Toy is a 78 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. I take a ton of crap cause I own a Ford. I look at them and say show me a Chevy van that has 342,xxx on it and still runs great. But I do not tell them my van is a diesel. My thing is anything but a Toyota!!!
