'03 F250 SD, spare tire hoist, spare tools, and left mirror glass

I need to locate the following items. I've done searches on the net but haven't located anything. I'd appreciate if anyone here has a link or contact information on where I can get the following:
1. Spare tire hoist
2. The tools to raise, lower, and change the tire which are located under the hood.
3. Left side mirror regular glass.
