Best region to open up a shop?

One day i'd like to open me up a shop. Not anytime soon but maybe in 2 or so years and i'd like to hear some opinions on best regions for a shop. I'd like it to be a light truck shop that can perform both general maintenance and high performance and eventually an in house dyno hopefully. I live in Georgia right now, Covington to be exact, and there aren't very many shops around here that will even touch a diesel besides the local stealership. The only places really specializing in diesel engines is Lead Foot Diesel in Monroe and wild childs in Monroe and the PHP out in winder. However im really not wanting to live here the rest of my life because I feel like theres more places to see than just this and I don't really enjoy it here lol. I've always wanted to live on the gulf coast around the Gulf Shores, AL area over to the Panama City, FL area and I have noticed that a lot of people who vacation with big campers are usually pulling those campers with some sort of diesel powered truck, also a lot of the charter boats I noticed were diesel. But how would business be on the off season, like winter. Maybe someone who lives around that region could tell me more. Then ive also thought about maybe out west somewhere but i'd like living on the gulf coast a lot more. Anyone have any suggestions on a good spot to open a shop? Anywhere except where its cold, I hate cold weather lol like I said this is just kind of an opinion thread, id like to hear what everyone thinks.
