2012 F250...under 20K miles but damage to bed

Im looking at a 2012 with under 20K miles...very nice truck with a hitch in bed which I want and a spray in bedliner. But the drivers side wheel well looks like a gooseneck bashed into it. Probably indent 1.5 inches and about half to 3/4 of the wheel well. Dealer keeps telling me it minor. I is not something that would bother me, but it is damage and the truck is priced as perfect. Dealer tried to tell me there was no damage.
Any idea how much that would knock off the value? Any ideas helpful.

Well it should be discounted, at very least the amount to fix it. However, If there trying to sell it as perfect, well then, they need to make it perfect. If you have it repaired, you may wind up with carfax report that said there was some sort of damage or accident. That will hurt your resale value down the road. I'd keep looking, unless they make you a deal you can't refuse.

Good luck in your search.

Pass on it. If the dealer is lying about the condition, what else isn't he telling you???
