overspray!!!!
so i had the headlights of my brand new 08 tinted last week and today i had it washed and waxed. when i went to get in it at the car wash i noticed that the bady shop had got overspray all over the front end of the pickup. you can see the lines where they had the tape. its on the hood, both fenders and the grill. needless to say im a little angered at the worl right now.
i hope for their sake they can buff it out. the question of the day is do i take it back to the guys that f'ed it up in the first place or just cut my losses and take it somewhere else. |

Go to sears buy a buffer, then get some 3M hand Polish. It will remove the overspray with out damaging the paint. Just need to put some elbow grease into it.

that would be the sensible thing to do but right now i just want to use some painters teeth to scrape it off

Take it back to them and keep taking it back until you are satisfied.
