Ficm help

I am getting problems with my 6.0 people
Are telling its my ficm..
Here are the problem:
After I had chane my oil on my truck I go to start it up I have to hold the key down on crack it for about 30sec..then it ran like it had a had no power until I got on the peddle after that it ran good
When to start it up in the morning it did the same thing only in the morning it does this..could it be the ficm or something else

Could be a number of things. Have you physically checked the FICM voltage?
