Hi,first time on forum just got bullydog powerpup for 05 f-250 installed outlook monitor and plugged in mod to download and it didn't even light up been waitn a while for the unit it was on backorder anyone had this problem

So, you plugged in your power pup to do the download? Did you follow the directions? I believe after you plug it in, you have to turn your key on. Then it should light up.

Went by the instructs said to have key in off position plug in mod and it would light up to tell you the next procedure which the folks at bully dog said would be turn key to on position. After waiting for 5 min or longer with no response I turned key on but still no response. Called bully dog and they were really nice and are overnighting another mod and I am returning the sick pup. We will know soon.

Hmm, yeah let us know. Seems like most of the big guys like Bullydog and Edge are really good about overnighting parts to customers when they are broken. That is really cool.

Boy are those guys at Bully Dog on the ball came in from work today or tonight rather, and my new dog was waiting for me. Must be a registerd dog because he came in a nice storage box with a lot more bark proclaimed than the outher mod. It went up more than a 100 hp. 50-230 hp? Yea I know the truck would have to be on Mars to get those #s. It loaded like a dream plugin wait for command and follow proceedures kind a like being married. No time to drive it tonight going to a bike show to show my bikes. Be a good pull on the dog let you know how it does

Doesnt it only go up to 230HP if it has the Crazy Larry Program? Did you get the Crazy Larry program? What is the highest HP without the Crazy Larry? Let us know how your pull goes.

Bully Dog replace the mod and the new one worked like a dream . With the outlook monitor you can change the powersettings on the fly. On 25% it got 19.3 miles to gal. Heavy tow 31 ft camper 11,000 lbs bumper pull 11.4miles/gal
