Paypal not allowing me to pay for account?

I tried like 20 times to purchase a premier account membership for 1 year.
Stupid paypal doesn't even let me go through with it. Im using my credit card with no limit and im pissed I can't pay for it. Any suggestions, why do we have to use paypal anyways? their lame thanks. get back to me fellas.

When you log into the org do you click button "Remember Me" ?
I used to have this problem and if I was away from org actively I would get timed out if you will. Give that a whirl or hopefully a mod will chime in. Wish Ya Luck!
