Key oil ministers signaled Tuesday that OPEC has virtually ruled out pumping more oil to ease record-high prices. Bush has called for increased oil production as demand and prices continue to rise

of course Opec isnt gonna ease any prices there getting rich as snot off us paying 4.00 a gallon, pisses me off. somethigns gotta give, take a profit loss to make it a little cheaper for the working man who is living off cup o' soups and cheezits

I noticed that the gas station didn't lower their prices on this news as quickly as they raised it when the price goes up.

We haven't REALLY pressured our leaders in both parties to knock their crap off and start drilling in places currently off limits.

we had an investigation for gouging here last year, they asked why it was that when the price per barrel went up, they immediately raised the cost of fuel, but then when the price per barrel dropped it took weeks for us to feel the effect. their answer was " well when the barrel goes up, the fuel is worth more, so we raise our price, when it drops, we have to sell the expensive fuel first before we lower the cost". man now that makes sense. freakin rip offs....... i also heard that oil settled at just above $102.00 per barrel this morning.
