friend not on forum blowing white smoke

he lost power, running eradically and blowing white smoke. any ideas? thank you

How many miles does he have? It could be lots of things but a few are low compression from worn rings or bent connecting rods, or coolant leaking into the cylinders from bad head gasket or injector sleeves.

Is he down on coolant? Does the exhaust have a antifreeze smell or sweet smell to it?

coolant ok, he has oil leaking out at turbo, would a bad turbo leak do this?
