Can I pull it ?

395 formula 5th wheel gvwr 17,500 lbs , Gross dry weight 12,260 lbs , Hitch dry weight 2,373 lbs. Question is, is this to much trailer without dual wheels (F-450) or will my c/c l/b srw psd do the job and how do you think it will handle if it will pull this unit.

You can pull that no problem. I've grossed over 35,000 on a F-350 Single Wheel

Technically it's not going to be legal in most states but the truck should handle it. Your SRW 350 is only rated for a gross trailer weight of 15,900 if I remember correctly.
