I think that might be temptin...
I come from a family that restores cars tho. if you like it go for it but get a good look at it and if its got bondo avoid it IMO. good luck man |

If your looking to get out of jeepin its an option I looked at your pics and your jeep looks sweet. I agree with 95and05 Check the car really good for bondo. Take a small magnet with you and if the guy will allow you to check the fenders quaters ect with the magnet to make sure theres no bondo. The decision is up to you but if the car is solid it could be a good deal. Just my
and good luck

i def want to get rid of the jeep...... so if i dont see any cancer spots or anything really wrong with it ill prob make the deal but not to keep it.... ill prob just end up selling that for more money than i can sell the jeep..... since its s true SS and the engine matches it could be worth quite of bit of money esp if i fix it up a lil bit

Im not a big fan of that body style....

I agree with you not a very desirable car I was thinking that's not a real popular body style even being a SS. I think you wouldn't get a great $$ for that car.. now if it was 68-72 or 78 and up it would be worth some thing and easier to sell I bet the jeep would sell easier then that 76 El Doggie |

The decission is yours Raul. Some pointers when looking at the El Camino. Look at the frame really good. I highly doubt you will have to worry about rust though. Being in cali, if that car is truely from cali, then it should be in great condition.
You could trailer it to me and sell it in Michigan for 2 times the amount you could in Cali. The same goes for your jeep too. |

im just getting tired of having the jeep at my uncles house collecting dust... and i have been trying to sell it for a while now..... only thing i don't like from pictures i have seen is the front end but im sure with a lil fabing i can do the 68 front end which looks better.... he has a very nice 66 mustang reguilt with new paint and interior but he wants 7500 cash for it.... i would rather trade for a stang but i would have to give him like 3-4k cash on top of the jeep.....
