Well guys, only belonged to boat forum previously. New truck, FORD is new to me. 99 F350 2WD. Just changed the tranny fluid to AMSOIL, screwed up and drained the PS pump/cooler too. Looks like everything is OK. Any suggestions to minimize damage here. OK to use AMSOIL in the PS pump? I guess I should be on the 7.3 technical/mechanics posting area to ask. Anyway, hi guys (and girls). Tom

WELCOME tot he ORG!

I can't imagine Amsoil being bad for the PS pump but I'm by no means a Tech so I'll defer to them for a solid answer to your question.

Please enjoy the site!

Welcome to the org. And I also agree with Rodslinger but then I am not a tech and I am sure one will be by to either confirm this or tell you that we are nutz.
