NO Ford has a new Navistar 6.4L that will be in the 2007. They are talking with cummins, but it would be a inline 6cylinder.

To the best of my knowledge Dodge's contract with cummins means that nobody can put a cummins in a 3/4 or 1 ton pickup. It would be very boring if ford put a cummins in the super dooty as it does not deserve an engine that good (just messin with you guys). I mean than we eliminate one of the players in the torque wars. So cheers to the ongoing torque wars. We all win

And BTW Ford has a contract with International Truck and Engine (Navistar) until 2011. Those rumors about a Cummins engine are just that...rumors. There will be cornbinder engines in Ford light and medium duty trucks for some time to come. Only the BIG trucks would get an engine from another manufacturer, so this may be the source of the rumor.
