7-way trailer plug mount smashed!!!:doh:

I smashed my 7-way trailer plug coming out of a ditch. Now I need a replacement.
Do you know of a good place that carry’s this item? I would like to stay stock (with OEM parts) but I don’t want to pay the dealerships either.

Go to walmart, they have a complete plug in that will go where your factory one was for about 30 bucks.

The dealership wanted 150 for just the plug

it'll have the metal mounting bracket that you'll have to shim like I did with 4 good sized bolts, but it'll plug in and give you an extra 4way plug.

Tom Raper RV in Indy has everything you need. I found them on the internet. It is exactly the same as the Ford unit (has the same part # and diagram on the front even)and they even sell the factory plug for the back of it if you need it. They are very reasonable and quick shipping. Forgot to look what year your truck was, mine is an 05.
