Whenever I fuel, I always take some extra time to make sure it is always full to the very top. I can usually get an additional 3-4 gallons in after it first kicks off. I know that when I do the math on the mpg, I always have the same starting point. I am not sure if this is what they have been talking about but I am sure there are guys that fuel and the first time it kicks off, they think they are done like a gasser.

Yeah, I topped off this morning and the pump kicked off at 20 gallons...when I was done fueling I had it up to around 25.5 gallons. Now this entails standing there...and standing there..and standing there being patient..not cool when people are waiting..but since I was the only one there I topped it all the way off.
