New to diesel HELP

hi yall i was wondering your opinions on this truck...
ive read so many bad things about the 6.0 but ive rode in many and they were fine, anyway i am in the market for a diesel and hope yall can give me some advice on this truck?

Check it out in person, research. Enter "what to look for when buying a 6.0" in the search bar and go. Hope you dont plan on actually using it as a truck, because most trucks with a lift bigger than 6" is pretty much useless IMO. Notice I said most. I'm curious as to why the mileage is so low, could have been down for some time? Or numerous times? Or maybe it just wasn't driven much. Before we get into the 6.0 vs 7.3 thing, it's all your own personal preference. Read up and get use to About 10mpg highway with those tires Best of luck sir.

yea im going to look at it in person this evening, i know it was a second vehicle for some time. and im hoping i can get atleast 16mpg, my buddy with 44's gets 18 in his 250. I am driving a supercharged f150 on 37's

I just purchased a 6.0 and went through all that decision making. There is a lot out there in terms of info and horror stories. There are some good youtube videos from Bill Hewitt at powerstroke specialty and a lot of good articles on here. Good luck
