hard cold starts

I have a 2004 F-350 6.0 with 120,000 miles. It is having hard cold starts. Dealer has replaced cam shaft sensors, cleaned egr valve and replaced glow plug sensors(?). Still having cold starts. Any help?

how regular are you about oil changes and what oil and wieght are you putting in it???

mark, sorry for the lack of communication, no computer access. Oil changes every 5,000 mi. done by dealer.

white smoke, cranking time till it starts?? temps it does it?? does it run fine when it starts??

hard starts

Marc, no white smoke. i start it and it rough idels, i turn it off (right away), start it again and it runs fine the rest of the day. always morning starts. when it started temp. was 60 -65 degrees.
