60k mile service

i took my truck in to the dealership today. it has a bad icp and oil change. the truck when i bought it from this dealership 2 months ago had 59,500 mile. now it has 64k miles.now they tell me i need to spend $600 on the 60k service. why the hell did they not do this when they got the truck? do you think i can make them pay for it or part of it?

sorry for the rant
this is the 3rd vhicle my familyhas bought from them. im in college and i dont make $600 in a month. this really sucks

Ask them for the service report on what they've done to the truck and when....
