Well, lost a good deal of steering and almost wrecked.

I've been making a new bumper for the truck and moving the winch onto it. I got the winch mounted today (It's still not done). I was driving home took a turn and the fitting on winch failed which then decided to get rid of most of my power steering fluid. When from great steering to almost the truck being off.
(It's still not done don't make fun of it yet... yet...)

That would be a terrifying feeling man. Glad no one was hurt. I guess that's the downside to a hydraulic winch.

It's my dads fault... he knocked the fitting to the side when he helped me mark the bolt holes I needed to drill.... I'm sure that's why.

He slapped the winch against the 2 by 4 and bent the fittings -face palm-.

That's how he got it level.... I was just going to stack up stuff on the back of winch... Why couldn't he just let me do it.. Lol

I'm taking the truck to my career center to use the plasma cutter where I ran out of oxygen on the spots for my towing hooks.
