You talking about taking the window roller out and replacing it with a strap?

I think hes talking about making a manual crank up window into a power window.
If thats the case you would need the door panel with the window switches. a power window motor and regulator. Also a 12v source if the wiring isnt there

The list i gave should be pretty much what you need to do it. We did it to an old Jeep my dad had in the early 90's.

What i would do is check out a few junkyards in the area and see if they have any OBS trucks with power windows and get what you need from there
