But,,, you know you chose "General Diesel Discussions" to ask a question that, while it might be General to you, really would be quickly answered if you had put it in the proper, specific, forum (7.3 General) below.
Don't blame the membership if you put this in an obscure "General" place (that, if appropriate, would contain Thousands of post everyday....)
When I did my Train Horns, I used the wire that actually went to the electric horn (the wheel sw applies Ground, the horn relay gets "tripped" by the application of that ground) so, you would need to wire your new horns relay to react to either Ground from the wheel OR the 12v the stock horn sees (post relay) as I did. It was the 12v wire, and it is Yellow with a Green tracer.
