SCT all the way....because I can kick the crap out of my friends down here with my PSD now!

The SCT is also safe, powerful, and user friendly; and not to mention that everyone on this site recommended I get it

It's not on the list, but with my limited experience I'd have to vote for the DP Tuner from Jody for the 7.3.

Some tuners can customize SCTs for 7.3s....But I have heard a lot that the burned chips (i.e. Tony Wildman, DP Tuner, TS, etc) are the way to go for the 7.3s.
