HYPERPAC
A FRIEND OF MINE GAVE ME A HYPERPAC THAT WAS ON HIS TRUCK BEFORE HE ROLLED IT AND ITS VIN LOCKED IS THERE A WAY TO GET IT UNLOCKED WITHOUT SENDING IT IN A PAYING A BUNCH OF MONEY TO GET IT UNLOCKED

Check out the VIN locked thread, it looks like they cannot be unlocked unless they download the stock program to the truck that was used on.
