I keep on braking things
Its getting real annonying being on the side of the road broken down. Last week i sheared off all the bolts that hold the hubs to the axle.... Tow truck
Now last night i was under the truck and i looked at the new U joint i just put in 3 weeks ago, sure enough i saw a crack developing already!! So i babyed it to work and went to the local auto parts store after work. Then babying it home BAM, U joint brakes. But i was prepared swapped it out on the side of the road.
another U joint back in and i made it about 1 block before the yoke explodes runing the new u joint. SO after getting mad i take out the rear drive shaft and lock the front and drive off. Then i lost drive train power, the hubs magicaly unlocked them selves. So annoying
Also I showed up for work and waited out in below freezing temps for about 1 hour for anyone else to show up. My hands got cold and i decided to warm them up usings the exhaust gasses. So i go to fire up my truck (didnt want to get in the truck cause i was wearing my tool belt,) so i used my hand to depress the clutch petal and other hand to start the truck. I shooke the shifter to check that i was in N but some how went into gear. I let my hand off the clutch and the truck launched and started driving leaving me standing, I run press the clutch in and the brake BUT it was too late. My truck drove into a newly framed and sheathed GARAGE!! Hood BENT (time for a cowl) and the wall of the garage was pushed in, studs broken, plywood ruined, boss unhappy. What a day
