Post 500 hp OBS

hey guys. So i took my 96 f150 off the road today, shes sitting off behind the garage now, with 198000 miles on the 5.0. Shes still in nice shape so its going to be my project for the next few years to make it a PSD. its a reg cab short bed which is the only reason im using it for this because its the perfect hot rod truck. ANYWAY! Im going to find an OBS powerstroke motor and buy it and throw it on my stand and build it slow. I would really like to be at 500 hp in it.

Heres my ideas so far:
H2E turbo
Stage 3s (200%/350cc)
at least 17* HPOP
new valve springs??
South bend 750 hp clutch
Intercooler
3" plenums, anyone done that swap on here before?
Beans Diesel tunes, 6 position maybe? or dp tuner
plus more...

Of course i go to make this thread and have a total mental block on what i had in mind but i would like to keep it all fuel, so no water meth or propane (until maybe later on )

Let me know what you guys think. And before you guys comment YES I KNOW it is going to be expensive, like over 10k, I DON"T CARE!! this is going to basically be my show truck, 2wd street rod diesel swap. Ive never seen a powerstroke OBS f150 so i want to do it. i just want to know what you guys have done to get to, or push past 500 hp in an OBS

You're gonna need big oil to get a 7.3 to 500 hp

yea i figured that, but i haven't had any luck looking around for high pressure oil pumps, FASS doesn't make anything for anything older than 99.

The FASS pump is a fuel pump not a oil pump. When we talk about big oil, it means the High Pressure Oil Pump mounted to the top of the engine. I would say a SRP1.1 at a minimum or perhaps a set of Terminator dual pumps. You will also need to beef up the fuel system. Skip the FASS and look for a regulated return/e-fuel setup. You will end up removing the mechanical pump and installing new lines along with a regulator and one large or two smaller fuel pumps.

Honestly 500 isn't a huge number these days, but good idea is come check out the obs chat, 94-98 general chat threads, a good e fuel, great tunes, irate has a nice turbo kit and small to medium hybrids will get you on the way, looking to spin some rollers to see what my truck runs before I go swapping injectors as is, and there is a build thread on an f150 rcsb going on now, search project short box

project shortbox, that sounds sweet im going to check that out. i was checking out the terminator HPOPs tonight, and that will most likely be my choice in the future when the time comes, because id like to kind of stick to the 200%/350cc injectors with a regular, or modded, H2E hypermax. and 500 is just a number i want to meet, if i surpass it i will be ecstatic!!
