Improved fuel economy?

I have a 2008 6.4 I am getting about 13 mpg. I am looking at doing a can tune. What would you prefer and how much improvement should I look to gain. Any other mods? This is a daily driver so I am not looking for anything to drastic. Thanks in advance.

I had an H&S pro tuner and 4 inch exhaust.. I was pushing around 18 mpg in town

Thanks was that running the 80hp setting? I am trying to justify the cost/benefit of the upgrades but at 5 mpg it may be beneficial.

yea I ran the wild tune which is the middle one..it helped a lot plus gave a bunch of power

Thanks. I bought the extended warranty I am guessing if they find out I tuned then they will not honor warranty issues? can they tell if it has been tuned if I return it to factory settings?

I voided my warrantee the second I cut my dpf off
