Parts Geek experience.
So I have to vent here for a minute. Not sure if this is the correct area, sorry if it is not. I went through some craziness to buy fenders to do an 08 conversion. First two places took my order, took my money, then issued refunds 5 days later stating that they had no parts in stock to fill my order, even though I called first to verify that they were in stock on the second one. Then I used parts geek, because they had 9 drivers side, and 8 passenger side fenders in stock. Placed my order on the 3rd, payment cleared. Got nothing no information no tracking number, So i called on the 7th, stay on hold for an hour only to be told that they are experienceing high call volumes and hung up on via machine. I called at 901am, they opened at 900, so how was I not one of the first callers. Next I went the email route, got a reply stating "they will ship freight, and i will get a tracking number either later today or tomorrow".. which one was it? neither never got any email with the tracking number. So now it is 9 days later, they finally replied to my email again about not having a tracking number, to be told "they will ship out today and will get a tracking number "later on today".. I mean come on, what kind of business has no customer service at all, I know I'm not a big business bulk buyer here, but it was 350$, How long does it take to process an order and get it on a truck? I was expecting this to be a 10 day process at most from ordering to receiving, now my product hasn't even left their facility, who knows when it will, and how long its going to take to get here.
End rant.. Sorry just pissed
