Running out of fuel?

I have an '02 F-350 LB,CC,4X4 with Afe intake, Magnaflow Exhaust and the edge evo 2 set on extreme. When I'm cruising on the freeway and I hit 93 or so the truck starts to burp like it's running out of fuel. I tried getting rid of the limiter but it still does it. Am I running out of fuel? What do I need to fix this problem? Any ideas???

I have the evo 2 and it will not remove the limiter, there is a flaw in the program. When did you buy it and when was the last time you updated the software? i updated mine a few weeks ago, but never got around to checking it that worked.

I haven't updated it in a few months. I'll have to check that out.
