i seen in the deasel power mag that with a little work the 7.3 stumps the 6.4 wits air intake,bigger pipes turbo back and a mild chip in the factory computer and a wicked wheel. the 08 made 306hp and 530LB and the 7.3 made 305hp and 680LB. why dont thay go back to the 7.3 and work with it insted of new moters is the bigger cubes better then smaller. the upgrad on the 7.3 is a lot cheeper then a new truck.

I'll second that...its also the same reason that Ford now sells small trucks with diesels overseas ...but not in the usa.
