diff covers
I noticed the 6.0 i recently purchased has a mag-hytec diff cover.. what are the advantages of this??

It holds more oil, it has cooling fins, it has an o ring seal instead of silicone, there may be more, but that's all I'm aware of.

Moto2four pretty much covered it. The idea is to keep your diff fluid cooler under heavy load or towing scenarios. I like them and have had them on my last 3 trucks. They seems to do a good job at what they are designed for, and make changes and check-up's of diff fluid a heck of a lot easier.
