piston
I have a 97 f250 7.3 with 200000 miles doesn't smoke runs great. A small screw was dropped in the turbo intake on the passenger side head and to make along story short the screw was stuck in number 1 piston, head is fine, should I replace the 1 piston and put new rings on all the pistons and do a mild hone job. Any help would be great.
