diesel newbie here
Hello everyone! Just bought a '06 f-350 fx4 dually. Need advice since Ive never owned a diesel before
 . First of, can I put synthetic oil in it regardless of whats its got in it? number 2: Ive heard its good to add additives to diesel trucks. Is it true? if so, whats a good one. Thanks in advance everyone!!!

You can put synthetic oil in it, but at 14L per Lof, Shell Rotella seems to be the best so ive heard. Diesel fuel additives also help.
