6.4 Fuel

I think I know the answer to this, but I want to be sure. Is it legal for retail gas stations to sell diesel fuel in California (or any other state, for that matter) that does not meet the "ultra low sulfur" content that the new 6.4 requires? I have come across some "gas" pumps that have a sticker affixed thereto that warns to not use that #2 diesel if you have a 2007 or newer diesel powered vehicle.

Well

The 100% switch over date has not come yet but I cant find a station here that has the old stuff. Some places are just lazy to take there old stickers off. But better safe then sorry because some places can legally still have it, that is if they can find it.
