What Am I Missing?
We're trying to instal Cruise Control in a new to me 1996 E350 Van.
Here you see the steering wheel with the air bag removed. Yellow wire is for the air bag, and black is for the horns.  The following pic shows the recently purchased CC pads. There are 4 wires and 1 connector, and for the life of me can not figure out where they go.  Please tell me what I need to buy to get this thing connected and working. Sincere thanks for any help received. Dick
