96 Shaky front end

I recently replaced my tie rods and bushings. When I am on a rough road, at slow speeds, my front end goes nuts. Won't stop shaking unless I come to an almost complete stop or accelerate over about 40 miles an hour. No one has really been able to give me any good advice as to what might be causing this. Wheel bearings have been checked, and alignment has been checked several times. It is a 4x4 with about 220,000 miles on it. Any help?
