If they are brand new them go for it. I bought a set of 44's for a grand and they were brand new, still had the stickers. If they have been marked as to which side they came from and the dirrection then you might want to think about it.

The bad tires are not suppose to even leave the factory. The "BLEMS" are cosmetic defects only, like the white letter's where not filled in all the way, things like that. Buy from someone who has 98% feedback or better. Most of the real ebayers have web sites and phone numbers.

I bought a set of Nitto Terra Grapplers size 305/55/20 from the user discounttiredirect. They were advertised as used with 15/32 tread remaining. I paid 560 bucks for them, whereas I couldn't find them for less than 1250 retail anywhere at the time I was looking. They shipped them for free, and came to the house quick. They still had traces of tits on the tread, leading me to believe whatever they were on they traveled very few miles. I had them mounted and they balanced perfectly with very little weight. I think for the most part you can trust buying them, but still be careful.
