fuel pump issue maybe ?
I have a 99 F-250 with a 7.3. almost to work the other day and the truck just died. like you flipped a switch. we checked fuses under the hood and they were good, replaced relay under hood and nothing. learned this morning about a relay behind the radio, but cannot find it, does anybody know right where its at. also found that number thirty fuse, a thirty amp under dash was blown, replaced and while waiting to start it blew again. any info would be greatly appreciated.

Common. Fuel bowl heater is shorted out. You also have not WTS light KOEO.
Unplug fuel bowl heater on back of fuel bowl, replace fuse, turn key on, see WTS light, and maybe cycle a few times letting the pump run to make sure there is fuel up to the motor, and then crank and run it. |
