2000-->2008 conversion

I was wandering if I could put the 2008 F250 extending Tow mirrors on my 2000 f250, as well as the tail gate and tail lights. I've seen some trucks that have these conversions done but I was wandering if is just nuts and bolts or some custom work that needs to be done. Thanks.. -TJ

yes it can be done... i sell the 08 tow mirrors with or without the smoked Recon LED lights... let me know if your intersted

Will the 2008 f250 manual tow mirrors bolt directly up to a 2005 f250 with manual tow mirrors without any modification? What are the prices for these? feel free to private message me.

man im prety sure the tailgate is nuts and bolts, theres a larger gap then u'd normally have...but my buddy's dad had his '02 tailgate smashed and just went and got an OEM ford tailgate and slapped it on his. i think he's going to put a rubber seal or something around the tailgate itself not to make it water tight, but to just close the little light gap

whats the dif between the 08 tow mirrors and the other extendable tow mirrors that came with the superdutys? just wondering because I was driving through the ford lot the other day and I cant tell the dif.

The biggest difference is the viewing area. The top mirror is a bit bigger, but the bling spot mirror is amazing. Once you use it, you won't want to have the older "sliver" that comes with the factory mirrors from 99-07.
It was my favorite thing and the real reason why I bought the 08s

06 TWO50....Did the 2008 tow mirrors just bolt right up to the factory location without and modifacation??? How hard was it to put the badges on??? Feel free to pm me if you want. Thanks. JT
