6.0L EGR Delete? Will It Pass Smog?

I live in Reno Nevada, and have a 05 F350 with 125K.
Stock motor except for 4" MBRP muffler delete exhaust from cat back, Airaid cold air intake, and Sinister Diesel Coolant filter.
I would like to do the EGR delete to help prevent future problems.
But if I did and had a reader to turn off the CEL, will it still pass the sniff test?
Here in Reno our trucks are run on a dyno when smog testing.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks

I've done a lot of deletes on 6.0 I keep the egr valve in as a dummy but here in Cali it's only a virtual and rev test and as long as no engine light they pass every time. Not sure how they do it in Reno

2005 f350 6.0 powerstroke 4x4, arp studs, ported heads, powermax turbo, afe intake, egr delete, tuned FICM, sct tunner custom tunes from eric. full auto meter gauges, 5in stackes
