6.0L EGR Delete? Will It Pass Smog?

I live in Reno Nevada, and have a 05 F350 with 125K.
Stock motor except for 4" MBRP muffler delete exhaust from cat back, Airaid cold air intake, and Sinister Diesel Coolant filter.
I would like to do the EGR delete to help prevent future problems.
But if I did and had a reader to turn off the CEL, will it still pass the sniff test?
Here in Reno our trucks are run on a dyno when smog testing.

I've done a lot of deletes on 6.0 I keep the egr valve in as a dummy but here in Cali it's only a virtual and rev test and as long as no engine light they pass every time. Not sure how they do it in Reno
