I have some questions. i need some help. 2002 7.3 powerstroke

I have a 2002 7.3L powerstroke crewcab. Im planning on getting an edge performance module, aFe intake, and a 5" mbrp turbo back exhaust. I know these are the basic upgrades but would this be enough to beat this jerkoff kid with a range rover? (I looked on the website and the Range has around 310 HP and 8.2 second 0-60) I know its possible but how much more would I need to do to run with the Range? I wanna be able to ruin most everyones day when they pull up next to me.

ps. smoking that kid isnt the only reason i want it, but its a definite bonus haha.

Are u sure thats right 310hp? maybe 210? Dosen't the rangers have the 3.8 v6 in them? Correct me if i'm wrong...

yea i only found the V8 and it had a 4.4L 305 HP* (this is new for 2008 so your probably right because his is probly 06/07)

I just noticed u said range rover i thought u were talkin about the ford rangers my bad idk about them and what they have under the hood i wouldn't imagine much though...

yea he doesnt beat me by much. and hes the biggest dousch bag around. i read somemore and founnd out that he definatly has a 4.4L V8 with 304 hp, i really doubt he has the super charged model.

Would what i want to get be enough to put this kid i his place?

well, if you are completely stock, then adding the module and those things should get you past him easy -- specially if you are doing 4wheel launches correctly

put the rig in 4hi get it locked in. powerbrake till about 10-15 psi or so then let er rip.

If you really wanna beat him look into a chip from Tony Wildman or DP tuner. better tunes for the same money or less

i would ditch the Edge... it makes your trans shift like crap( i had one in my truck) for around the same price or cheaper you can get a custom tuned chip that will out perform that edge.... let me know if your interested and i can make a package deal for your whole setup with the custom chip (tony wildman chip)
