Maintainence on 05 GMC 6500 CAT C7?
A friend of mine purchased a 2005 GMC 6500 with the CAT C7 Diesel Automatic. It has 12k on it, and so far has done 3 oil changes, and 2 fuel filter changes. It's a Flatbed tow truck and also has a huge hydraulic fluid tank. He wants to know everything possible about doing maintence on this thing, ie: Tranny fluid "type, intervals, how much, tips, etc." He is a one man operation and wants to do all this stuff himself. Please elaborate has much as possible so I can pass this information on to him! Links and pictures would also be helpful!
