victim of internet fraud

i have officially been a victim of internet fraud. not to long ago i came across an ebay scam. well it so happens that they did hack my account and got my credit card number.... well i am now out of well over $500 in just the past month. my wife nad i just thought eachother were using our cards and not telling eachother.i get to press internet charges on some ****ing ****** that is too lazy to get off his *** and get a job. goodnews though is my bank has agreed to give me back all of money that has been used via the internet

Welcome to Powerstroke.org greggk! Sorry to hear about your bad luck - I can relate to your anger with these people trust me.
There are a lot of scams out there - ebay and paypal being two of the ones I see most often. It's great to hear your bank is going to do right by you though.

well i was told to go to the MP's yesturday. while i was there we were looking through the statement of charges from the bank, and one of the charges actually had a phone number. the SGT had me call it, and it happened to be AOL. the stupid idiot decided to get internet hooked up in my name, but he used his home phone number which i provided to the MP's.

yeah ft.hood national bank just got a big thumbs up from me now! and to think right before this happened i was thinking of switching banks.... now i dont think i will.

Hey man you stationed at Hood? The Killeen area is my home town - my Dad lives in Harker Heights and my In-Laws live in Nolanville. I was stationed at Ft. Hood for most of my time in the Army.

yes i am in 4th Infantry Division DTC STB. i am deplying here real soon though , so when i get back its a nice PSD that i will be purchasing...hopefully a King Ranch PSD.....
