Dfuser wire diagram needed please

Back in early 2007 I bought a Dfuser combo transmission lockup module and EBPV controller for my 2000 F350 that came wired with a pair of switches and a red and a green pair LED. All came prewired and I can not find the instructions or wire diagram for this and I think one of the switches might be failing at odd times. In the middle/off positions the switches allow normal operations. In the up positions (green light) they activate the EBPV closed and lock the trans when you touch the brake pedal (green off, red on) and in the down position they manually do both operations (red on).

I called the company and as I feared this unit was stopped 4 years or so ago and they don't have any info any longer.

Is there someone here that would have a copy of the PDF or instructions from that unit and let me have a copy please? I posted this here as I hope more folks will see it.
